So my final post on my Ancient Greece Art Blog will talk about my three research questions 1) What were the temples made of and what were they made for? 2) What are some of the well known temples on the Acropolis in Ancient Greece and why are they well known? 3) What were some of the temples in Ancient Greece? And those are my three research question that I'm going to answer.3 Comments In my next and final post it will be about my three research questions: What were temples and why did they have them? , What were some of the temples in Ancient Greece?, and What were some of the details of temples? Something that I found interesting was that there are so many different details to a temple. I thought researching these questions were vary fun, I learned about different temples and what were special about them. There was great information that I found for my final post. It's funny how I went from wall art to sculpture and artists to temples. I learned many stuff about temples that I didn't know before. In my final post you should find a lot about the temple's details and why they had them. I never knew that there could be so many different specific details in a temple. I had a lot of fun researching and creating this project I can't wait to put it all together. There are many sources out there with good information about Ancient Greece Art. These are three of the many sources I used. 1. Hill,Emily. Ancient Civiliizations. London:Dorling Kindersley, 1994. I think this source is helpful because it shows many artifacts and explanes every detail in the artifact. This book also gives descriptions of different topics. I think this source is trustworthy because you wouldn't put so much energy in publishing a book with wrong information. 2. "Ancient Greek Art." History.com. A&E Television Networks, n.d. I saw some photos of temples and it is a building with many columns. It is different from what we have today. I think I will find very famous temples, famous details, why they have temples and new information! |
